1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Medic+ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms govern your use of Medic+’s digital healthcare and telemedicine platform.
2. Service Description
Medic+ provides a digital healthcare platform that may include, but is not limited to:
- Telemedicine consultations with licensed healthcare providers
- Personal Health Record (PHR) management
- Health monitoring through SmartHealth+ / HealthTracker technology
- Appointment scheduling with clinics and hospitals
- Pharmacy and medication delivery services
- Lineage+ DNA testing services
3. User Responsibilities
By using Medic+, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and use
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the Services only for lawful and appropriate purposes
- Not share, transfer, or allow third-party access to your account
- Immediately notify Medic+ of any unauthorized account access or security breach
- Provide truthful and accurate health information to healthcare providers
4. Medical Disclaimer
Medic+ does not provide medical advice. All information and services available through the platform are intended for general informational and healthcare facilitation purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical condition. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice due to information obtained through Medic+. In case of a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
5. Payment Terms
For paid services, you agree that:
- All applicable fees are displayed prior to transaction confirmation
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- Cancellations must be made within 5 seconds before transaction processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or e-wallet
- Medic+ reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, software, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other materials provided through Medic+ are the exclusive property of Medic+ and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Medic+.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Medic+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Medic+’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Medic+ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected. By using the Services, you consent to such data practices in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
Medic+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services, with or without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in conduct deemed harmful to Medic+, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Medic+ may revise these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. HealthTracker / SmartHealth+ Terms
HealthTracker (also referred to as SmartHealth+) operates as a feature within Medic+ and may also be offered as a standalone application.
- HealthTracker is governed by terms and conditions that are parallel to Medic+
- HealthTracker terms may evolve independently in the future
- Updates or changes to Medic+ Terms do not automatically apply to HealthTracker unless explicitly stated
- When HealthTracker is used within Medic+, applicable Medic+ policies may apply in addition to HealthTracker-specific terms
- Users will be notified when separate HealthTracker terms apply.
